How do I update my email, password or 2FA device?

 

Step 1: Navigate to your profile page by toggling to 'My Account' on your dashboard.

If you do not see your profile information, make sure the tab "Me" is selected on the left-side menu.

Step 2: Scroll down to the 2FA Devices & Logins sections.

To add a new 2FA email or phone number: Click 'Add New Device'. (Learn how to turn off 2FA)

To add a new username and password: Click 'Add New Login'. Toggle permissions between READ AND WRITE and READ ONLY.

To reset password: Click 'Add New Login'. Submit the same username with a new password.
